Leonard Valdes has been practicing personal injury law in South Florida since 2010. Leonard Valdes is also licensed in Florida as a chiropractor and treated personal injury patients for several years before he decided to become a personal injury attorney. Leonard Valdes is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served nearly five years as an Air Traffic Controller with assignments to Naval Air Station Barbers Point in Hawaii and the USS Belleau Wood (LHA-3) in Sasebo, Japan. He was honorably discharged in 1993. Leonard Valdes graduated from Florida International University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2003 from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York, and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Florida International University College of Law.

Mr. Hernandez, Of Counsel, has been in practice in South Florida since 1995 actively trying maritime cases, both jury and non-jury, at the state and federal court levels, as well as before international arbitral tribunals. From 2006 to 2015, Mr. Hernandez was a Partner at a South Florida maritime firm practicing primarily in the areas of the cruise line and maritime defense litigation.
